Flat File Data Export
Overview
SchedulePro can now be configured to automatically export data into an external Drop Point folder where you can import that data into external sources such as HRIS, LMS, and ERP systems at a desired frequency.
This allows you to reduce the manual work required to maintain data across multiple systems and create error-free schedules with timely and accurate data.
The list of files available for export will be dependent on your system configuration. The full list of file templates can be found on the Integrations page.

PARAMETER | DESCRIPTION |
Send at | Determine the export recurrence time. |
Recurrence pattern | Daily, weekly or monthly. |
Daily | Every X Days or Evey Weekday. |
Weekly | Identify specific day(s) of the week. |
Monthly | Day X of every Y months. |
Email Address | Identify who will receive notifications. Allows for multiple addresses. |
Path to File Server | Drop Point folder location. |
Encrypt File with PGP Key | Client will provide a PGP key pair to protect data. |
Email Address On Failure | Identify who will receive notifications. Allows for multiple addresses. |
