Publishing a Schedule

Once you’re ready to release the schedule to employees, you can publish it.  This will make the schedule visible to any employee users, whereas the unpublished schedule is only visible to system administrators and schedulers.

  1. Click the Publish/Unpublish button.
  1. Enter the Start Date and End Date.
  2. Select the Groups you want to publish. Choose [All] for all groups.
  3. Enable the checkbox to Send notification to employees.
  4. Select Publish.
  5. Click OK at the warning and then OK when the process is complete.

Note that if you made a mistake, you can always unpublish your schedule by clicking the Unpublish button.
