Partial Publish

Schedules can be partially published for respective employee groups. This feature allows schedulers of multiple groups to independently distribute schedules at their own pace.

Partial Publish also allows schedules to be published without date continuity. A scheduler can publish August 1st - 7th and August 15th - 23rd, while leaving August 8th - 14th unpublished.

This feature is only available to customers using the newer SchedulePro User Interface. Please reach out to support to enable this feature.

Partial Publish Views

When Partial Publish is enabled, you will no longer see Unpublished and Published Schedule options as a scheduler. You will have one option to View and Manage Schedule:

The schedule will also allow actions for both published and unpublished schedules:

Coverage Summary

The Coverage Summary will differentiate published shifts from unpublished shifts by showing dotted lines on the left and around the shift requirements to indicate shifts are unpublished for this date/date range:

Employee List

Shifts that are unpublished in the Employee List will also have dotted lines indicating it is not yet published to those employees:

Partially Publishing a Schedule

You can publish the schedule for everyone or for one group at a time with this feature. Take the steps below:

  1. From the Schedule, select Publish/Unpublish:
  2. Add the date range and select the group or groups you want to publish to
  3. Set whether you want to notify employees or not and choose Publish:

Note: The system will let you know the earliest unpublished date for the group selected:
