Anatomy of a Schedule
Schedule Sections
The schedule contains four main sections.
- Coverage Summary displays your schedule based on shift requirements. All assignments that have a shift code will be shown in this section.
- White cells: Neutral; no surplus or deficit of employees.
- Blue cells: Overstaffed; there are extra employees assigned to that particular assignment.
- Red cells: Understaffed; indicate more people are needed for those requirements.
- Ad-hoc Summary displays your schedule based on ad-hoc requirements. All assignments that have an ad-hoc shift will be shown in this section.
- Leave Summary displays all the approved leaves for the period your are viewing and the number of people on that leave for each day of the shown period.
- Employee List displays all the employees in your organization based on the filtering used.
