Viewing/Downloading the Group Work Stats Report

When you open the group work stats report page, you’ll see a configuration screen where you can set your parameters for generating the report:

Here’s a breakdown of the above fields:

Start Date – The date on which you want the report to start.

End Date – The date on which you want the report to end.

Shift Filters – If you only want to display information about certain shifts, expand this section to choose from your list of shift codes.  Hours worked on any excluded shifts will not be shown in the report.

Leave Filters – If you only want to display information about certain leaves, expand this section to choose from your list of leave codes.  Any excluded leaves will not be shown in the report.

Group Filters – If you only want to display information for certain groups, expand this section to choose from a list of your groups.

Position – If you only want to display information for certain positions within each group, expand this section to choose from a list of your position codes.

Report Type – The “Details” view will show a breakdown within each group by position/location/shift.  The “Summary” view will simply show a table where each row is one of the selected groups, with no deeper information about the positions and locations (or the shifts they worked) within each group.

When you’re ready, click “View Report” or “View Report in New Window”.
