Weekly Schedule by Staffing Level Report
This report is a blend of your requirement coverage summary and a duty roster. For every day of the selected week, it takes each of your position/location/shift triplets from the coverage summary, shows who was assigned to work it, and whether or not the requirement was filled.
- Navigate from the Home page to View Reports > Weekly Schedule by Staffing Level.
- Modify the filters as needed.
- Start Date – The first day of the week for which you want to generate a report. Report will show 7 days of data from the selected date.
- Sort By – Determines how your requirement triplets are sorted on the report: position/location/shift (with all matching positions grouped together) or shift/position/location (with all matching shifts grouped together).
- Shift Filters – If you only want to display information about certain shifts, expand this section to choose from a list of your shift codes.
- Group – If you only want to display information about a certain group, choose that group here.
- Group Filters – If you only want to display information about a custom mix of positions and locations, expand this section to choose from a list of your position and location codes.
- Team - Allows you to filter for specific teams.
- Click View Report.
- If you want to download the report, choose the format and then click the save icon. The report will be downloaded to your computer.
