Weekly Schedule by Staffing Level Report

This report is a blend of your requirement coverage summary and a duty roster.  For every day of the selected week, it takes each of your position/location/shift triplets from the coverage summary, shows who was assigned to work it, and whether or not the requirement was filled.

  1. Navigate from the Home page to View Reports > Weekly Schedule by Staffing Level.
  2. Modify the filters as needed.
  • Start Date – The first day of the week for which you want to generate a report. Report will show 7 days of data from the selected date.
  • Sort By – Determines how your requirement triplets are sorted on the report: position/location/shift (with all matching positions grouped together) or shift/position/location (with all matching shifts grouped together).
  • Shift Filters – If you only want to display information about certain shifts, expand this section to choose from a list of your shift codes.
  • Group – If you only want to display information about a certain group, choose that group here.
  • Group Filters – If you only want to display information about a custom mix of positions and locations, expand this section to choose from a list of your position and location codes.
  • Team - Allows you to filter for specific teams.
  1. Click View Report.
  1. If you want to download the report, choose the format and then click the save icon.  The report will be downloaded to your computer.
