Weekly Schedule by Shift List Report

The weekly schedule by shift list report allows users to view scheduled employees grouped by Shift List and then by area. The report will also identify employees on leave during that week.

Contact support to enable this report.
  1. To properly produce the report, you will need to create 2 or more shift lists.
 
  1. Once those are defined, open the report and selected the desired filters.

  • Start Date: First day the 7-day report should use to filter data.
  • Group: Select a specific group or choose ALL.
  • Group Filters: Expand to choose specific Positions and/or Locations.
  • Team: Select a specific team or choose All teams.
  • Display Options:
    • First Name Initial, Full Last Name or Full First and Last Name: A. Smith vs Alecia Smith
    • Overtime shift code beside employee names: if the shift results in overtime, you can show the shift code next to the employee name
  1. Click View Report. You can choose a download format and click the save icon.
