Logging In & Changing My Password

This article deals with how to log in and change your password.

In this section:

1) Logging in

2) Changing Your Password

Logging In to SchedulePro

SchedulePro is hosted on a web platform, not downloaded to your computer, meaning you’ll never have to worry about installations or updates.  If you’re reading this, you should have received an email containing a link to the SchedulePro webpage (https://www.scheduleproweb.com/).  Open that link now and you’ll see a screen that looks like this:

Enter your email address and click on the Continue button.

Note: If your organization is using SSO (Single Sign On) authentication to login into SchedulePro, the next screen you will see is the organization login page. From there follow your usual company login using your username/password.

The next screen you will see will have the email you just entered there and you will just need to enter your password.

Enter your password and click on the Sign in button.

Logging in for the first time

If this is your first time logging in to SchedulePro and you haven't set your password, you can use the Forgot your password link to create a new one.

From the login page, after entering your email address and clicking on Continue, the next page gives you the option to reset your password. Click on the Forgot your password link.

You will be prompted to verify your email address by entering it again and clicking on the Send verification code.

An email with the verification code will be sent to the email address you entered.

Enter the Verification code you received and click on the Verify code button. The screen will update and will let you know if your email address have been verified and if so, to click on Continue.

You can now enter your new password.

Recovering a Forgotten Password

If you ever forget your password, or for some reason your username/password combination isn’t working, here’s how you regain access to your account.

You can now change your password.

Changing Your Password

On the far right end of the navigation bar, you should see a tab that reads either your name or System Administrator.  If you click on it, you’ll see a drop-down menu containing a link to “Change My Password”.

After confirming your current username and password and clicking on Continue, you will be taken to the screen shown below:

If you want to change your password, enter your current password and the new password, and then hit “save”.  You should then be shown a confirmation message that your password was successfully changed.
